Working on a Chess Budget Game. It works pretty good. Too good, I always lose :O GFX is still very WIP. And it looks still bad in 16 Bit Colors. Nice animated Figures :)

Archon! :)

How well can it play? Or is it just for two human players?

My guess is that it has a computer AI :)

I used to love playing battle chess on the Amiga :)

A battle chess one on one fighting chess game when one is challenged would be fun. Have your basic chess and rely on your quick fingers to secure your move in taking a piece.

Thanks. When I played battle chess on the atari ST, I was always very frustrated when I catched on of the computers figures logically, but then lost the fight in the Battle Scene :)

So it won't be a battle chess. It's a simple chess player vs AI thing. I am not a chess-crack, so if I lose it doesn't mean it is very clever. It's not bad, I'd say. The target customer is the guy with chess software collection who will buy a little cheap nice looking game to complete his collection. Not shure about the name. Deep Pink, maybe ;)
