The hands could do with a bit of work (thumbs maybe?), and there are quite a few polies on the head and shoulder that could be removed (around the curve(S) at the top - lots of small polygons), but the texture is pretty nice and the shape is good as well. I think with all the detail you have on the texture things might get lost at a distance, since there isn't much contrast between... anything and all the colours will blur together to make a greeny brown blob.

I've made the UV-Map in Ultimate Unwrap3D and
all the painting stuff with Paint Shop Pro 5.

Yes,you're right the hand needs some more details.
I will also try to reduce some polys.

I kinda find it funny how simple model's look flat-shaded in the perspective window, then look totally different when textured.......think you can give us another shot with some trilinear filterin on? :)
