"CDMenu is a useful little application which can be added to your CD-distributed software, to enable your end-user to easily launch installers to install your software (the installer itself can be created with InnoSetup3 or similar), launch your game to be played directly from CD, visit your website, view product demos and more, all at the click of a button".
