Hey guys! Just created this post to show my first model. I still haven't got it animated, but i'm working on that.

This is the image(i hope this link shows up correctly)

The model was created using Milkshape3d 1.6.6, and consists of 762 polygons.

Please post feedback on the model, would like that =)

tnx

Hmm, drat! Does your webhost not support remote linking type carryon then? Oh well... you'll just have to make a link then...

You haven't said how many tris the zombie is, however, both models look very boxy for 700 tris. In my post my first human model you can see I've only used a couple of hundred more tris and the result is much smoother. I'm no expert on modelling as I'm just beginning to dip my feet myself.

The design of you guys though is pretty good though, although you might want to look at the perportions of the arms and legs and stuff (unless it's intentional!).

Anyway... those are just my thoughts.

Could you post some wireframe or wire-overlay shots so that we can see where the polys are?

Zeegeit(Posted 2003) [#8]
@dr av

The zombie indeed doesn't look that well... The man however was intentionally made quite boxy, and his proportions aren't right. The man was an idea for a comic game or something..

The zombie is 1450 poly's =) but a lot of them are for the arrows.

@Sybixsus
Here are two wireframe images, just click on the link

Anyway, I am just a total newbie to modelling, so any tips/comment is welcome =)
