| GPSFunRunner3D has progressed a little.... Changed the location of the import files to work around the headache of resolving the My Docs directory and all the nuances associated with that. If anyone can confirm that the following demo functions it'd be greatfully appreciated: (I've also tweaked the website regarding the project - any feedback with respect to how it fares on mobile devices appreciated - it's HTML5 esque) http://www.gpsrunner.co.uk/TrialVersion.html direct download link: http://www.gpsrunner.co.uk/GPSFunRunner3DDemo/setup_GPSFunRunner3D_Demo.exe 1. Run the program and click on 'import data' 2. Click on 'Open 3D Data Viewer (Once 1. has finished) 3. Click on the 'ON' button under 'Pace Mode' in the 3D interface. 4. Click on Start in the 3D interface. The suggestions with respect to tweening and speeding up the running avatars are being held off until I address the fundamental areas of the import function accessing the import directory. It works on my daughters laptop - however I'd appreciate some other feedback also that the new import directory is being located successfully. Thanks in advance, BP. |
