OK, these are not mine, but a couple of things a stumbled across. First is something mind blowing with water http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gD62uufawh8 and some julia http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KayuGkslO_Q some particles http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zw9r1JUn77o and to finish... A German sim-town http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VqpQ6GequgI Happy Holidays |

Wow, this talent is absolutely disgusting (in a good way) :) |
| ||
That last one reminds me of Sim City 2000 a bit. Very nice! |

The last one is "maybe dead" since 2011, author did not know how to handle the population-simulation. If he is still alive and reading this: contact me, I have some serious "idea givers" on board of my project. Also population management shouldn't be problematic now (behaviour simulation for that simple "home-job-home"-situation included). bye Ron |

Derron, I checked and you just need to goto the german web portal and download it. It comes with the complete source :) |

I know ... and I am able to understand German very well (it almost feels natural to me :D). The version is from 2011 ... and in the worklogs of the blitzforum he stated that development is "paused" as he does not know how to simulate the population thing. If you wanted to say: "it is open source ... you may do it" - no, I am in another kind of simulation game (tv broadcasting manager). Finishing that first, maybe another unfinished game (done it 5 years ago but lost interest in creating graphics for an medieval match3). bye Ron |

I wrote to the guy with the first link of the Game Engine Asking whether this engine might be released to the blitz community. he was glad there is an interest and will consider releasing it in the future. |

This engine is absolutley stunning too.. Must've taken him a long time and a big maths degree to get so far.... |
