Disable Image Filtering?

Hello, I asked this a while back (when Monkey first arrived) and just wondered if it has been implemented yet or if it is even a possibility? If I buy a copy of Monkey, which I would really like to do, I want to be able to display my sprites and scale\rotate them without them being smoothed out otherwise the whole retro look (what I`m after) is lost. In BlitzMax this is easily done but no such option seems to exist in Monkey. Please could someone who owns the product post this on the official Monkey site and hopefully Mark may think about adding it in. I think it is a pretty important thing to have especially for 2D games. Thanks for reading, Jason. |

just wondered if it has been implemented yet or if it is even a possibility? Nope and Yes ;) Its not in Monkey, but you can alter the targets so it doesnt do it. You set me on a mini-mission: http://www.monkeycoder.co.nz/Community/posts.php?topic=993 Last edited 2011 |

Thanks therevills, This is brilliant, thanks for taking the time to show us this in action. Now I know it works I can buy Monkey with confidence. Lets hope that Mark adds support for it officially. Jason. |
