The problem I have is that I find the way that these two triangles fit well according to the rest of the mesh, I applied a Smoothing high, however continues to be as show in the picture.

Any suggestions, I use fragmotion.

If it were 3DS Max you'd need to select the diagonal edge and use the "Turn" option, so the diagonal edge is sloping the opposite way. No idea how/if you can do that in Fragmotion.

[edit] and/or you may need to weld vertices - difficult to say without looking closely at the topography.

I do not understand how to solve the problem, the mesh I have in this way, but there seems no problem.

Ok I solved the problem with your help fragmotion brings the option to turn the edge to correct the problem.

Thank you :)

This can also be to two others things :

->2 vertices at the same position and some tris are using one vertex and not the other which produces a weird normal calculation and thus the weird shading.
To solve this you can select the vertices at the same position and then use :
Vertex
Weld Selection

->2 tris at the same position, in this case, you can delete the unnecessary vertices and tri.
