Had to create some Forms in Microsoft Word 2010 recently for my
current client, using the Restrict Editing option so that only the form
could be filled in, leaving the rest of the document untouched.

It's working quite well so far, surprisingly so considering I've never
used forms before in my Word documents, but I have two questions.

1. There are two form options for fillable text fields that I can use.
Legacy forms, and ActiveX. Which is better, what's the difference?
(I can't use the new form options, since I must keep the forms compatible
with older versions of Word).

2. I'm happy with how my forms turned out, but when I Restrict Editing
you can no longer format the text that you're putting into those forms.
Is there any way to make it so that the user can Only fill in the form
fields, but also be able to modify the formatting of the text that
he's putting in?

Cheers,
