Hi,

Is there actually a Max3D Module or is that just miniB3D or OpenGL? I had heard of Max2D but also heard rumors of a Max3D. Does it exist? Where can it be found?

Thanks All,
Captain Wicker

You can find it here: https://github.com/nilium/max3d

It was never completed, and is therefore probably not suitable for beginners.

So about minib3d, Is it at all similar to bb3d?
And thanks for the link! :)

MiniB3D is very similar to B3D, but not 100%. There are some missing features, and from what I gather a couple of things work slightly differently. It's about as close to B3D as you're going to get though.

On the plus side, it works under Winodwws/Linux/OSX, unlike the original B3D.

That can really be a game changer though. :) Reason saying is that BB3D games could be ported easily to other platforms meaning more buyers of that specific game. This meaning more sales for the developer and more games being sold. I will have my current project done in a few more months and will hopefully be able to use minib3d/iminib3d to make my game cross platform with iOS, OSX, BSD and Linux.

Many thanks for the info guys! :)
