TV to VGA - how to ?

| All, I have a "karaoke machine" which has a rather small TV screen, where the song lyric are shown. I would like to use a bigger screen to show the text; since I have a flat LCD VGA monitor, I need to convert/adapt a TV-out signal to a VGA one. Is there any cheap adapter cable / signal converter I could use ? Thanks in advance, Sergio. |

| You need a AD converter. Basically a TV tuner which you can get for any CRT/LCD monitor will do. |

| It is probably about the same price to buy a cheap flatscreen TV to be honest as video DACs and ADCs can be pretty expensiv, unless you build your own of course.
