| Hi, have a full HD monitor with DVI and VGA input. With my desktop I use DVI to DVI - nice and sharp. My laptop has VGA out, so VGA to VGA turns out to be a little less sharp. 1) Would a VGA to DVI adapter improve the sharpness? 2) I also have HDMI output on the laptop - should I use this? Any help appreciated Jim |

| 1) No, this will be same as the analog connection VGA->VGA 2) Yes, if you place an HDMI->DVI converter on monitor socket you should get sharp digital connection with HDMI cable, I do this on my setup |
