Twitter question: How do you use the service to send messages?

Does anyone know if someone reply to another person if the comments are automatically added to the page of that person?

Do you use @user_name to send message to other users?

How they can see and reply to you?

It appears in their mentions list, unless they are following you, in which case it appears in their timeline. It will also appear below the original tweet if they expand the tweet. The reply button automatically starts the tweet with the @username you are replying to. Twitter also has a private messaging service at your disposal.

It is on the Mentions list.

Whilst the mouse is over the tweet a > symbol appear at the top right of the tweet. If you click that, it opens the tweet in the right panel and shows all the replies relating to it. This is good for keeping track of long back and forths. The tweets that have replies, or are replies, will have a little speech bubble on the top right of them.
