Hello,

I'm looking for some affordable CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to be used by a small sized non profit / charitable organisation, preferably accessible via the web.

I've seen a number of comparisons on various web pages, although it's difficult to determine how independent/impartial they are.

One of the recommended solutions is zohoCRM - has anyone had any experience with this?

Another solution I've seen recommended is freeCRM - although I know very little about that one.

Are there other solutions that may be good to look at that you know of?

Well, I use Assyst and Remedy but they are way too pig for what you want. The FreeCRM looked pretty good!
