I've been volunteered to help a non-profit organization set up a website which allows people to purchase products which are then available for download. So something like Arteria Gaming, for example, where you buy a model pack, and get the download but it's tied to your account.
They want basic options like the ability to control the number of simultaneous downloads per user, the number of times you can download the same item without having to ask for a reactivation, preventing the same user logging in with different IP's, just basic security stuff. Now I've used Wordpress as a CMS and I know of a few other options, but are there any CMS solutions which are setup to handle this kind of thing. I don't do any web-programming so if I can't find a prebuilt solution, that means they (or more likely I) have to find another sucker to code that stuff.
