I want something that is able to play games. Is there any compatible card for use on Notebooks? Microsoft tell to get a expansion card, but their are not currently available on the market!

What is the level of 3D experience that you possess into your Windows system !?

It depends on the notebook.
There are some (very rare) notebooks that have a 'standard' called MXM wiki for Nvidia and an equivalent (of course not so standard) for Ati-Amd (Axiom or something like).
Only in these cases you can swap the 'gfx card' with one newer.

The vast majority of notebooks do not allow you to replace the video card. Few do, plus there are a couple that support an 'enhanced' docking station which can include expansion ports that may allow you to put a 3rd party video adapter in.

Most of the time you're just out of luck, though.
