Sounds like the Standard C++ Library (usual found in System32). If you've installed Visual Studio try uninstall/reinstalling it (or the Visual Studio C++ Re-distributables as it could be in there ). Or just use system restore.

yeah it is been fixed it due when i have install Visual Studio 2010's redistributables :)
