I'm looking for some software/website that may be able to do this sort of thing: (sorry about the chopped image) Does anyone know of anything??

InkScape can do nice vector graphics with all kinds of fadeouts and curves, and you can just press PrintScreen to get them as bitmap graphics for your website.

..or you could just program som beziers jumping around the screen fading away and snapping a shot of it now and then..... I did uploaded a bezier-source to the Code archives a looong time ago :)
