ShellNew context additions

| For ever now (no, really!!) I've been tinkering with adding a New BB File to the context menu in Windows XP (SP3 blahblahblah) I have a template .bb file, registry entries in the Classes Root such as: CLASSES/ROOT/.BB/ShellNew Value Name: FileName and the Value (REG_SZ) is the filename "New Blitz File.bb" "New Blitz File.bb" exists in the Templates folders of my user account, but also, to be safe, a copy is also present in the All Users profile, Default User, Local Service and Network service. ASP.NET and Administrator do not have userprofiles created as yet. I also have the registry key present in the HKLM/ and HKCU and HKUSERS and the "New Blitz File.bb" present in the Windows/ShellNew/ directory Still, though I see no addition to the context menu - it's really weird. I have even used the fucntionality of "TweakUI" and other software to add to the context menu, but NOTHING seems to work :S Perhaps there's some security feature preventing an addition? I've looked all over the net, ut all I could find with suggestions to add the registry keys as above nowhere is it menitoned what happens if that doesn't work :( Anybody out there got a clue about this? |
