| Is it possible to change the primary email address on a Virgin Media account? If not, is it possible to create a new email address, delete the original and use the new one as the primary address? I`ve been told that it is possible but cannot seem to be able to delete the primary email address, only the additional ones that I create. I obviously need to set the additional address as the primary one before the original primary one is deleted but I cannot see how? Any help from those with experience of this would be most helpful. | Ive not been able to change mine - mind you I only ever get adverts on the email - and I have never used it anywhere at all ! |

| I work for another ISP, and with our setup you can create a new email account then call to have it made the primary account manually, but it isn't documented anywhere that you can do this (as far as I know). Perhaps you could try the same -- create a new account and call their technical support. |
