Never mind, I found it two minutes after posting. If anyone else wonders, the new update seems to disable the Bookmarks toolbar altogether. It can be enabled in the View menu.

Disable bookmarks? Well it must have not effected me then... even though I got the update because I still use them like normal. Although I do have the Certified Green Theme on so maybe that stopped it, I don't know.

Not bookmarks, just the bookmarks toolbar.
