but im officially asking for help, if anyone knows how to use one of those web services to get a server up and running publically , please let me know.

I just need anyone with a TT client to be able to Connect to a server im running on one of my machines here under my dsl modem. I cannot afford to pay for the static line install right now.

Have a look at IPCOP (firewall) and DymanicDNS (so people can find you without having to use an IP).

IPCOP will enable you to turn any machine into a server and protect it from nasties - have a look at their website and at the tutorials.
