Hi, I am seriously considering buying this TV, mainly because it's a Full HD TV and i haven't ever had any problems with LG stuff.

My main question is about response time.

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/144311

It says:

"Response Time(G to G): 5m/s"

Now, i know that means Gray to Gray, but is there any way of working out or guessing at the white to black response time would be? Or has anyone here got a TV with something similar?

Also, what is your overall impressions of this TV.

Thanks

In fact, I have found another TV...

I'm not sure which TV to pick now... the toshiba one is £50 cheaper:

But the LG one has a better contrast ratio and a better response time...

I always thought that a tv with a good response time would be the better one

5ms Grey to Grey is equivalent to a true response time of about 10-15ms. Anything over 15ms and you're prone to ghosting, so 10-15 is about as good as you're likely to get unless you really want to pay a premium.

Got the telly today. I concur, it absolutely ROCKS! all 37" of it. Such a massive improvement over my last telly. Great response time, the colours look superb. Real good deal at the price i reckon. Totally recommend it :o)
