| Can anyone point me towards an archive manager for Windows which can extract files from LZH archives compressed using the older "lh1" method? I have used 7-zip for years, which happily opens LZH files and displays their contents, but hangs with an "unsupported compression method" error as soon as I try to extract any of the (lh1 compressed) files. None of the websites for alternatives seem to have a list of supported compression methods (only supported file formats), and although the few I tried opened and displayed LZH archives, none were able to extract them. I'm not looking for freeware and will happily pay for something if it is guaranteed to work. [Edit] After searching the web for ages yesterday and this morning, I just found an old version of TugZip on my backup harddrive which can extract files compressed with the "lh1" method... :o.
