OpenGL fails on MS Surface Pro 4

A user of my game reported that my game fails to execute with the OpenGL driver - is this a known issue?

Also he blamed about a laggy mouse cursor when using DX9 full screen (using the brl-dx9-module). I do not have Windows 10 installed here, so this might be a BlitzmaxDX9-Win10-issue.

Any Ideas?

Blitz 3D and BlitzMax run fine here...surface 3 and not sure about surface 2 thought

Had to update the topic title as the user owns a surface pro 4 (not 2).

Dunno, it's the device of a user.
He just mentioned, that the game is fun (played with the touch-functionality of the device) albeit I expect the user to have a second mouse button ... so right clicking is not possible for him (will have to introduce "long press" ...or so).
