Gtk+ on Windows

| I'm writing an application in Debian, using Gtk+ 3, which is all going lovely. Though, I'm looking at porting it to other platforms, more notably the Pi and Windows. Now, alls well and good building it on the Pi, as you would expect, but while having a look with Gtk+ under Windows, I've hit a bit of a snag, basically, I'm following this guide here:- http://www.gtk.org/download/win32_tutorial.php And can I buggery get it an app to build (MinGW, with the all-in-one Gtk bundle), even a simple "Hello World" app, i've looked and followed everything I can in Google, with no result! i'm on my jollies at the minute so cannot poke out the errors, but, I want to know, has anyone managed to get Gtk+(3) working on Windows, and if so, what were the steps you have used?
