Does any one has experience with windows 8.1 and blitzmax? any problems with blitzmax or its modules? |

Given how minor an update 8.1 really is, it's unlike to introduce any new issues compared to 8.0 (Even there, the only non-trivial issue is the 30fps when using DX7, for which there's a fix on the forums as well) |

I have small problem with BLide ui, probably reinstall will fix it. |

Given how minor an update 8.1 really is, it's unlike to introduce any new issues compared to 8.0 At 3.6GB, it's the biggest minor update I've ever seen. |

At 3.6GB, it's the biggest minor update I've ever seen. That's because the installers of Windows 7 / Windows 8 / 8.1 are essentially a full hard drive image that's being merged into your existing operating system. Which means that it will carry EVERYTHING again, regardless of how much is identical to the OS that's already installed. |

Can't get the MinGW 4.8.2 compiler to work with Windows 8.1: http://nuwen.net/mingw.html Any ideas or step by step guides around here? |
| ||
Isn't nuwen 4.8.2 64-bit native? |

I thought one could use the -m32 option to make it work. Any other distro out there that works well with Win 8.1? |

Why does it have to be 4.8.2? |
