I would say that would depend on what time of the day and year your scene is portraying.
The first one looks correct for late evening in summer and the second on could be dusk or dawn but the lights wrong.

The problem I have is that I live in the center of the planet, and I have never seen as fall or spring seasons, however the scene is a sunset and I think it would be cool orange color, which means that the first would be correct.

This is how mid-evening looks at about 51'N The top one is definetly better for evening. In fact it looks kind of like this everywhere on the planet when the sun is on the horizon (and nice weather of course)
Dawn can also be reddish like this (except the shadows go about 160' the other way :D)
