| simply type the webaddress of your uploaded image (on your own webspace or similar) (url encoded) into the post and it will appear...just don't do anything silly like a link from your hard drive as no one will see it.... |

| I tried it and it didn't work. I've seen people just put images on posts with even needing a link. Am I doing something wrong? I really want to show the pic. Last edited 2010 |

| How can you be doing it wrong? host your image on a website like http://www.imageshack.us , grab the direct link and put it inside a tag like this: [img link] Replace 'link' with the direct link you copied. It does not matter if you write img, Img, ImG, iMg or IMG, any case works. If not even pasting the direct link to the image is working, I'm guessing you are not retrieving the correct direct link from the hosting website. Last edited 2010 |

| when i inspext the element i get: img src="http://img88.imageshack.us/i/blitzcc2010101120013388.jpg/"> the / should be outside the ""s. No idea how u managed that. looks good though. |
