bought modo recently and churned out some stuff, pretty high poly at the moment,

first impressions of modo
the learning curve is pretty steep the interface is a bit all over the place, but the tools are awesome
some of the best UV tools around and a realy good 3d paint system,

Sounds like Cinema 4D Release 10.5 but a little cheaper.
What object file formats can it export?

scribbla(Posted 2008) [#3]
quick look in the export menu

.lwo
.lxo
.x3d
.dxf
.fbx
.obj
.psd
and just released rhino & sketchup

theres no rigging tools at the moment just vertex stuff using morphs
so the export to lightwave lwo was one of the selling points for me as i use lightwave as well

modo is a modeling, painting package, with some pretty good sculpt, paint and UV tools its a bit hard to learn at first but seems worth the money
