jsut fancied posting some older work that i did

you can use the textures at the bottom if you like. They are not great but may come in use for something.
i would like to write some texture tutorials if i get time.. there are some very simple techniqiues to get nice looking base textures, even for non artists

A BMW police car? Seriously, though, nice work.

cheers guys. yeah, the the BMW was a police car from what i remember at the time.
The lego stuff was from the cancelled ps2 game 'lego football 2'

Braincell(Posted 2005) [#7]
There are still BMW police cars in Europe.

Great textures and very good models. Congrat!

Really like the saloon. What was it originally for?

OT: Cheshire police used to have Porche 911's. They needed them to catch the speeding motorbikes on those country roads.

Ruz(Posted 2005) [#11]
cheers guys. the saloon was for a ps2 game called 'lego football 2'.
it got cancelled after 5 months. It was a bit rubbish really.

hmm,a porche police car sounds cool

Oddball(Posted 2005) [#12]
Erm... Why was there a saloon in LEGO football 2? Or is that a silly question?

Ruz(Posted 2005) [#13]
Well it may sound silly, but no more silly than playing football on top of a train, whilst being attacked by indians on horses:)
The game was divided up into zones, like wild west, space, medieval etc
