This is one of the tracks you'll hear in my rpg when you get close to an enemy :

Feedback is appreciated.

It has quite a bit of base in it. Maby tone down the base and put more of a rock chord in the background.

Just some thoughts :).

Yeah, you're right, probably too much bass, but on my system it sounds ok...
But I should really try finishing my tracks more before posting them, but I'm terrible at finishing songs :)

I think it souuds fine.

Say fall_x would you be intrested in making a few sound loops for my game. http://www.blitzbasic.com/Community/posts.php?topic=43276 Its a freeware game but you'll be fully credited.

Game will need some short sound samples to play when a unit attacks another, a unit dies etc.

I don't know if I'm up to it... I can create tracks, but I don't think I can write them on demand for specific purposes like that.
But I like Advance Wars/Fire Emblem a lot, so it is tempting :)
I'll think about it and let you know.

After reading this again, I'm not entirely sure what you need. Sound effects, or small pieces of music?
When a unit dies, do you mean a sample of someone going "aaaaah" or a little dramatic melody?

coffeedotbean(Posted 2005) [#7]
Just a little dramatic melody, about 3-5 secs long, like they have on civilistion if you've ever played that game.

Pretty sweet ... it's a little redundant though ... maybe mix it up with a side chorus of sorts.
