Yes it is, as long as it's supposed to be a sketch of a red cross. :P

I think the clothing doesn't seem to fold right..
and his right arm looks like it must be very thin..
otherwise it's a nice drawing.. :)

One thing you should never do when drawing a picture, is to draw your lines in black, then color over them.

You are left with a messy half line/half color mush. Idealy you should either show your lines in a bold color, or remove them completley

The best solution is to draw your lines on a seperate layer, with tools that support alpha. Then create your color sections on a layer underneath.

or set your INK layer to MULTIPLY and put your colour on layers underneath...the white is see-through while the black remains opaque ;)
