New Brunt texture work in progress.

A note: the model is not mine, it was made by Bobo the Seal (from Polycount), I just need to clear that up since some people obviously don't know about this stuff.

If anyone has any suggestions I'd love to hear them.

Noel, Your work has attention to detail as always. I always enjoy looking at your work.

best regards,

I saw this the other day .. COOL :)
How many polys is it ?

N(Posted 2004) [#5]
Thanks.

skn3: The model isn't mine (as noted above), but it's 1233 polys.

New shot.

What software do you use to texture your models ?

N(Posted 2004) [#8]
Photoshop 7. The only software a sane individual uses.

Keep in mind, that last sentence was a joke.

Paul "Taiphoz"(Posted 2004) [#9]
Id love to see you make a tutorial. on photoshop on how to do the arm. that looks awsome.

jfk EO-11110(Posted 2004) [#10]
it was a joke that you are sane? indeed, I already see van gogh like structures in that texture :P

Great work. Maybe you need to get away from those soccer-like shirt-colors (red, blue etc.). I'd rather like to see an armoured suit made of chrome, onyx and gold or something.

Ross C(Posted 2004) [#11]
Agree with jfk. The red and blue don't look too hot. Arm texturing is very impressive though.

N(Posted 2004) [#12]
jfk: Team colors... TEAM COLORS! ;)

Ross: Bite me ;) Thanks, anywho- any input is appreciated.

Yavin: I don't think so. Not that much use for them when obviously a lot of the people here (I won't name anyone) don't have the ability to produce something even half decent (matter of opinion, but as far as I'm concerned my work is somewhere around 'good').

I recon the red is fine but you should batter it up a bit, though I suppose thats a bit of a cliche now ie metal showing through paint

but anway its good so far
