This is a skin for the Slider model by Cep (a Polycount goer and friend). Keep in mind that this is still very early. I plan to replace the black cloth on the torso/arms with the brown-ish leather on the helmet.

Comments and or critique are very welcome. :)

"This is a skin for the Slider model by Cep"
In other words, it isn't my model. I merely did the texture.

you're really capable of making me jalous :)

Getting there noel, nice metal work and trousers.

N(Posted 2004) [#6]

This lookin' any better?

Ruz(Posted 2004) [#7]
Think you need a lot more muscle defiintion in the arms .
metal groin protector might be nice too.

koekjesbaby(Posted 2004) [#8]
amazing detail, but it might be worth something to make him look less like a dude in lederhosen. ;)

Dead thread resurrection time.

New skin, new wip shots.

Arm needs color and a sleeve, but otherwise I'm happy with the way it's turning out.

I don't know, I like the original look best. The second shot is just goofy, and these new ones look like a dancer in a gay club. I mean, the armor on his torso in the first shot wasn't really doing it for me, but the pants were excellent.

OK....

New shot

darklordz(Posted 2004) [#13]
wow just ... wow
let it be known that texturing is harder then modeling...

Agamer(Posted 2004) [#14]
I prefer texturing

More.

I'm done with this (got tired of working on it).

And red/blue team skins for good measure.

looking good noel. takes a brave man to do bare arms and hands

SDK for those who want to skin it or somethin'.

Just no using it in ANY projects- it's not my model (well, not entirely), and as such premissible use is decided by Chad Pearn and not me.

Oh yeah, download it here.
