Nice one.

It looks ok.

A few suggestions :
-have one joint/bone for the neck and one joint/bone for the head
-have the joint of the highest vertebrae at the level of the low ribs
(do a search about humanoid joints to have an idea where the joints are in a humanoid)
-with the current structure of the mesh, you probably don't need the 2 joints of the clavicles, you only need the joints of the shoulders
-i would make the joints of the clavicles (or of the shoulders if you remove those of the clavicles) child of the joint of the highest vertebrae, so that you can move the joint of the neck independently of the clavicles/shoulders
-there is no need to have a joint after the wrist if the fingers will not be animated

Hello RemiD , the model is thus in his bones because it was a test I did for the mecanim Unity system . =)

Ok.
Then it seems that the joint of the neck and the joint of the head are not positionned correctly, also there are only 3 joints for the vertebraes, and there is no joint after the wrists.
Just compare your skeleton to the skeleton of mecanim...
If you are interested, you can see the skeleton (and the joints) of bhv/ipisoft here :
