I want something that is *FREE* and possess objects that I could use.I want to take some fast screenshots of 3D models.

why not use the free version of google sketchup

QCad is quite useable.

Not sure if it is linux only or not but you could always use it in a virtual machine.

Hmm, perhaps coding some viewer in B3D or Bmax; but you wouldn't get software (i.e. photorealistic) rendering.

Hang on, in your post you are asking for cad software and in the post you are looking for something to take pics of 3d models. (sorry for my last post, but i only read the title)

My spriteforge app does this and is free up to icon size

DELED now has a Free Community Edition and it has plugins that export to b3d.
