3DS Max - Mirror ?

ok, so I model Half of my object, and then use Mirror, I then have 1 complete object. But, when I then pull the model into Blitz, the mirrored part of the model has all its normals flipped, I have checked the normals on the mirrored part and they are all fine. Anyone else get this and have a solution? |

Reset XForm in Max. The mesh should flip at this point. Assuming it does, select all polys and click the Flip button on the E-Poly rollout. |

instead of using Mirror, try using the Symmetry function. |

Yes, symmetry will weld the verices together for you, mirror doesn't even care for your wellbeing. Don't support mirror. |
