Does Decorator only support .bmp's ?
I downloaded a texture pack which were all jpegs (seems that most of the textures available on the web are in jpeg format) and placed them in the Decorator folder, but Decorator failed to recognise them. Surely Decorator supports jpegs, I converted one of the textures 27k into a .bmp and the result was a vastly inflated 192k file.

Please tell me I'm wrong, and im doing something really stupid and if im right, is there any chance of adding jpeg support Lee, pleeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaase

You must have them in the same folder as the mesh

Yep, there in the same folder as the mesh and the Decorator.exe, when I converted one of the textures to .bmp, I was able to use it in Decorator.

Maybe they weren't actually saved as jpegs (IE gets stuff mixed up sometimes), try re-saving them as jpgs and try again.

if they are named .jpeg and not .jpg then rename them to .jpg.

I feel such a fool.
I have the textures in the same folder as the mesh, but I have 2 copies of the mesh on my PC and I was loading the mesh that didn't have the textures in the folder with it.

You can all call me stupid now if you want to.
