Nif Files are used in Dark Age of Camelot and in Morrowind for storing Models / Landscapes. http://capnbry.net/bombardier/ is a viewer but it isnīt supplied in source code,iīm afraid I donīt know any other application that can edit / show them :( ( but i would appreciate any hints )

I believe it's the format used by NetImmerse to store geometry data. Why do you need a free or cheap program for it if you most likely don't have a NetImmerse license (after all, if you did you'd be able to afford the tools it supports)?
