I currently use Truespace 6.6 with Gamepak 1.6. I use Ultimate unwrap for file conversion and UV mapping and use FragMotion for animation. I use PhotoShop CS2 for texturing and all graphics. My toolset includes Truespace 6.6 + GamePak Ultimate Unwrap FragMotion CFX STGPRO AutoSeam AlienCodec tools - TreeMagicG3 etc PhotoShop CS2 Gile[s] Silo3d and many more. |

Milkshape Anim8or LithUnwrap / Unwrap3D Paint Shop Pro Version 8.0 I dont do alot of lightmapping outside of my own code.. if I did I would probably go with Gile[s]. and im on the market for new intuitive modelling programs. none come to mind.. but im looking. Thats it pretty much. |

Gamespace (quite good for generating procedural textures as well as making models), Milkshape3d (low poly modelling, mesh polygon reduction and animating since I am hopeless at using Gamespace's animation tools), Giles, Lithunwrap (although no longer really use since purchasing Gamespace), Ultimate Paint (2 different free editions one with alpha support the other much older but with all the filters which are no longer included in the free edition), Irfanview, SoundRec (windows sound recorder), various bits and pieces I put together in blitz3d/blitzplus to assist in the development process, |

Just bought gile[s], since it's pretty much the only tool that can do GI lightmapping aside from 3D Studio Max 7's texture baking stuff, and since I don't have Max 7 and gile[s] is cheaper... |
