Deep paint 2 has been released for free

its a cross between photoshop and painter and was $250 but has been retired

heh, thats a pretty cool app if your any good at mapping then the actual painting part is pretty cool :)

Actualy it may be the 2D version, but even so it does some things a lot more intuitively than photoshop or painter.

Hmmm, the minimum requirements for this seem to be a little strange:

Minimum requirements: Windows 2000/XP, Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 64MB RAM P 200-MMX processor

So, I need win2000/XP at least, but a lowly P200 with 64MB is fine?! Does such a machine even exist? And, why do I need IE at all?
