1 What is a RAR file. I just downloaded a Cinema 4d plugin and it,s a RAR file?
2 Whats new in latest version of Quill 3d. Does it have Animation. The feature list looks about the same to me.

RAR is a compression format better than zip. Grab a copy of 7z, which can extract it and another of other compression formats here.
