Has anyone used or looked at Silo for modeling?

If so , can any of the export formats be used in B3D?

I cannot use Milkshape for conversion of 3ds ,or other formats because of the triangle limits in Milkshape.

I'd like to hear some opinions.

Thanks

Grab the demo, it is fully functional for about 2 weeks. You should be able to export .3ds

I tested it out and almost bought it. It seems to be a very nice modeller, and I really liked some of the features it had.

In the end, I decided not to buy, mostly because money was a little tight, but also because I really like the flow of wings3D, and Silo didn't quite give me that flow. It was missing just a few critical features that I use all the time.

So does 3ds import into Blitz3D well , or at all.

Also check if you have milkshape it can import lots of diferrent formats (more than any other modeler I have seen),
so you can import your model in milkshape then convert it into 3ds, or b3d, x, and I think md2 for blitz.

Yes but not 3ds animations just static objects.
