FragMotion Or CharacterFX ?

Has anybody tried FragMotion properly? How does it compare to CharacterFX and does it have anything extra that really makes it worth buying if you already have the former. From my initial trial it seems to have lots more features but how relevant are they to Blitzers?

I think its worth getting FragMotion regardless. These are my reasons:

a) its very inexpensive
b) it supports B3D well
c) its still supported (CharacterFX isn't)
d) it lets you do lots of other things: mesh painting etc.

It's probably best to keep using it, ask some questions on the forum. If you prefer it to CharacterFX then switch over.

I had some big probs with CharacterFX like destroyed, deformed Meshes, then switched to FragMotion. Works very well now. The most surprising feature was that FragMotion added bones automatically right after importing my model. The b3d exporter works very well.

FragMotion seems pretty daunting... but there's a lot there. I can't seem to figure out how to create a new skeleton tho... :-(
