Hi.

Usually I use images/bitmaps for textures on my models, but have started recently using milkshape's "materials" by setting diffuse/specular/ambient/emissive properties instead with no problems. Are these treated as surfaces in the same way by Blitz as bitmapped textures? - ie do they have the same effect on performance if too many are used. Do they have the same appearance on all graphics cards? Also - would I be right in thinking they take up far less texture memory than a regular bitmapped texture?
