It's name is "biturn". It offcially supports B3D to MS3D and MS3D to B3D. (Some limit exists.) But it has some bugs like crashing on some cases. Let's wait until it's fixed. You can find it here! http://mirex.mypage.sk

seams to work okay, but doesn't support animation export from b3d > anything really.

nice features list. but inner, does it convert animations TO b3d then? (sorry, my rar is currently broken)

Um, I don't mean to sound like an old git... but if you've got MS3D you can already export to B3D, you don't need to convert B3D to MS3D because you've already got your original MS3D files. Am I missing something...?

I'd like a commandline based ms3d > b3d program. And, uhh -- that's just about what this can do ;)

Rob, it can convert much more than ms3d to b3d.
