OggDrop - *REALLY* fast, *REALLY* easy (drag + drop what you want converted and it does the whole batch) + *REALLY* free ;)

I use OggDrop... It comes with a spinning fish too.

Does OggDrop convert mp3? It's what I use for converting wav to ogg (or aiff when using OggDrop on a Mac,) but I don't know if it is useful for mp3.

I still use the original commandline tool to encode ogg. I think it gives more options compared to OggDrop. Simply write a .BAT file to convert files. For mp3 you might need to convert back to wav first.
