Can anyone point me to a good tool for converting mp3 files to ogg ones? The free..er the better :) Jason.

Of those listed on the URL Perturbatio gave you, I highly recommend DB Power Amp. Very, very easy to use.

DBPowerAMP gets my vote too. It is a wonderful product which is totally freeware. It has loads of plugin codecs as well to convert between loads of different formats. If you are going to use DBPowerAMP and want to convert loads of files in separate directories, I would also get dMC File Selector from their website too.
