How can I make realistic trees in Milkshape3d? Is there any tutorials?

Thanks... =)

I don't know of any tutorials off the top of my head but don't just search for Milkshape specific tutorials. Creating low pol trees in Milkshape is the same as creating low pol trees in pretty much any other tool, so search generally.

The gist is to use simple solid geometry for the trunk, like a vertex manipulated cylinder, then do the branches and leaves as masked/alpha textures of leaf clusters on quads.

How can I make double sides polygons?

create triangles on both sides or just activate an object, copy it, flip normals and activate both and merge them together in a new group :)
